Delete Account
⚠️ Important Warning
When you delete your account, all your data will be instantly and permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone. Please make sure before proceeding.
How Can You Delete Your Account?
You can delete your Estacuzdan account directly from within the app. The process is very simple:
Open the App
Open the Estacuzdan mobile app and log in to your account.
Go to Settings
Click on the "Settings" tab from the profile menu.
Find the Delete Account Option
You will find the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the settings page.
Confirm and Delete
Read the warning message and when you are sure, click the "Yes, Delete My Account" button. Your account and all your data will be deleted immediately.
Data to Be Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data will be instantly and permanently deleted:
- User Account: All your account information and login credentials
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile details
- Real Estate Portfolios: All property portfolios and listing information you created
- Uploaded Images: All photos and media files related to your properties
- Company Information: Company name, logo, and contact details
- Sharing History: Your portfolio sharing history and links
- App Preferences: All settings and preferences
Important Notes
⏰ Instant and Irreversible Action
Account deletion happens instantly and it is absolutely not possible for us to recover your data. You will not be able to access your account after deletion.
📋 Backup Recommendation
We strongly recommend backing up your important data before deleting your account. You may want to save your property information and photos.
⚖️ Legal Retention
Due to legal obligations, some data (such as transaction records) may be retained for a certain period. However, this data will not be associated with your personal identity.
