These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all users of the Estacuzdan mobile application ("Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Application
Estacuzdan is a digital platform developed for portfolio management, sharing, and organization in the real estate sector.
3. Account Creation and Access
- The Application is only available for verified real estate offices and property professionals.
- Accounts are created after the platform administrator completes the verification process. Users cannot create accounts on their own.
- Account information is provided to the user after access requests are evaluated.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account information.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Not share misleading, false, or illegal information,
- Not use the Application for illegal purposes,
- Not violate the rights of others.
5. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account from within the application at any time.
When an account is deleted, related personal data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
6. Pricing
The Application is currently free.
Paid subscriptions or premium features may be offered in the future. Users will be informed in advance in such cases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software rights in the Application belong to the Developer. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is." The Developer cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from technical failures or data loss.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated when deemed necessary. Updates are announced through the Application.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
